Every teen needs a champion. We connect them with mentors who guide their growth — on and off the field.
Research is clear: teens with a supportive mentor are more likely to graduate, make better decisions, and develop stronger self-confidence. Our Mentorship program pairs each participant with a vetted, trained mentor who invests in their long-term growth.
Mentors are coaches, professionals, and community leaders who have been through our rigorous vetting process. They're not just advisors — they're advocates who hold teens accountable, celebrate wins, and help navigate challenges.
1-on-1 Mentor Matching — We pair each teen with a mentor who shares their interests and goals. The matching process considers sport, career interests, personality, and personal challenges to find the right fit.
Monthly Mentorship Sessions — At minimum, your teen meets with their mentor once per month for a structured conversation about goals, progress, and growth areas. Many mentor-mentee pairs connect more frequently.
Career Exploration — Mentors help teens explore potential career paths through honest conversations, workplace visits, and connections to their professional network.
Leadership Development — Structured workshops on communication, accountability, problem-solving, and team leadership — skills that matter in every arena of life.
Goal Setting & Accountability — We help teens set 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month goals across all three pillars. Their mentor tracks progress and provides feedback at every checkpoint.
Any teen 12–17 who would benefit from additional support and guidance. Especially powerful for teens navigating major transitions (entering high school, dealing with family changes, exploring career paths) or those who simply need a positive adult influence in their life.
After enrollment, we conduct a matching interview with both the teen and their parent to understand goals and needs. Mentor matching takes 2–3 weeks. Once matched, monthly sessions begin. All mentors are background-checked and trained in youth development.
