Our Athletic Training program goes beyond push-ups and sprints. We develop complete athletes — athletes who are strong, smart, and mentally tough. Every session is coached by certified professionals with experience training young athletes.

Whether your teen is aiming for a college scholarship, competing at the club level, or just wants to get better — we meet them where they are and push them further.

What's Included

Sport-Specific Conditioning — We analyze your teen's sport and build a conditioning plan that directly translates to on-field performance. Speed, agility, endurance, and power work tailored to their game.

Strength Training — Age-appropriate resistance training that builds functional strength without compromising growth plates. Focus on proper form, movement patterns, and injury prevention.

Nutrition Coaching — Basic nutrition education and fueling strategies for athletic performance. We teach habits that support energy, recovery, and long-term health.

Mental Toughness — Competition prep includes mental conditioning. Visualization, goal setting, handling pressure, and building resilience under adversity.

Who It's For

Teens ages 12–17 who are currently participating in a sport and want to elevate their performance. No prior elite experience required — we work with beginners through advanced athletes.

What to Expect

Participants train 3 times per week, with each session lasting 60–90 minutes. Progress is tracked monthly, and parents receive a written evaluation every 4 weeks. Participants also gain access to our private T2F community for peer support and motivation.
